Last Saturday was a dreary day in Seattle, the sun doing it’s darn’est to break through to no avail, but nothing detracts from ‘the desire to drive’ in this neck-of-the-woods.
So, off I went to meet the @3pedalposse for brunch & banter at Magnuson Cafe & Brewery on the shores of Lake Washington — a modern American brewhouse restaurant that is all about community, just like the Posse.
A fine selection of air-cooled, along with beautiful 996 Turbo, a 997, assembled outside the Café. I had my two my two black english labs Paddy (5) and Finn (3) with me for company - they own Instagram page here - so my own car stayed home, good job really given it’s PDK!
As their name implies, it’s all about the driving, ownership experience, and camaraderie that only a vintage 911 can provide, including rowing your own gears.
The Posse certainly inspire me, always welcome me, and are never shoet of stories to share on their love of all things Porsche. To join in the fun - www.3pedalposse.com
After a hearty brunch, and some great coffee, time for a little photo op with the Posse - the environment of lake side industrial architecture offered some interesting backdrops, most buildings long re-purposed into fitness & water sports business’s taking advantage of the lake side location
A little drive-by was in order ….
and, must call out a specific mention for this beauty - 996 Turbo
Keep an eye on @3pedealposse for days on my book party over wine - appreciate the encourage and support gentleman.
